Where we ship
The contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, DC). We don't ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, or outside the United States.
Rates
Standard shipping: $5.99 on orders under $75. Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more (calculated on the order subtotal after any discount). Expedited shipping is not offered.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are passed to our supplier for dispatch after payment and ship with a tracked carrier. You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order is on its way; the carrier's own delivery estimate shows on the tracking page. We don't quote a delivery date we can't verify.
Tracking
A tracking number means a label has been created. Carrier acceptance and delivery show on the tracking page as they happen. If tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier and supplier.
Address accuracy
Please check your address at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel once it has shipped.
