  • All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Times

  • Domestic Shipping (United States): Standard shipping takes approximately 5–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: If available, expedited shipping options will be offered at checkout. Expedited shipping generally takes 2–3 business days.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we offer shipping only to the United States and Canada. Shipping times vary based on the destination, usually taking 7–14 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States over $50.
  • For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied.
  • Expedited shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can track your order status on the courier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally outside the United States and Canada.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and either replace or refund your item.

7. Order Modifications

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to make changes to your shipping information or modify your order, please contact us immediately at info@eyadera.com. Once an order is shipped, we cannot make any changes.
