Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or outside the United States.

Shipping cost

The shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders are dispatched by our US fulfillment partner. We email a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships. If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, email lobo@loboblu.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier.

Address changes and cancellations

Email lobo@loboblu.com as soon as possible after ordering. Once a parcel has been dispatched the address can no longer be changed and the order is handled under our return policy.
